Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the course starts.
For cancellations made later, the place will be reassigned if possible. In this case, a refund of the course fee will be issued less a processing fee of CHF 5.
If the place cannot be reassigned, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days.
If there are fewer than 3 participants, the instructor may cancel the course. In that case, participants will have the option to reschedule the course or receive a full refund.
Behavior
We place great value on a respectful and pleasant atmosphere.
Participants are required to follow the instructions of the course instructor and to handle materials and facilities with care.
In cases of repeated or serious misconduct, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the workshop. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Liability
Participation in the workshops is at your own risk.
Participants or their legal representatives are liable for any damages caused by them.
No liability is accepted for personal belongings.
